3. The arms and leg are made out of Hard wood. 
They are circular.  The arms turns clockwise and counterclockwise.
4. The jong is made out of  GLULAM (8" x 4").
5. The upper part of the jong is wrapped with a soft cotton rope.
the ropes are installed instead of punching pads.
6. We offer a standard size jong which is 62.5" tall + 2" base.
7. ONLY BROWN IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
8. Minor assembly required.
